The hotel is conveniently located next to the Interlaken West train station , so access was uncomplicated.

The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard , as I found an excessive AMOUNT of dust. The air conditioning did not function properly , , made the room uncomfortable.

The hotel is very close to the supermarket. The proximity to the west train station is also convenient. It is practically just a step away.

The staff was not very friendly I noticed. The rooms were not cleaned every day, either.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is right next to the Interlaken West train station. Access to transportation was easy, including bus and train connections. I found the staff friendly and ready to help with any questions. The breakfast offered a good selection of items.

The room lacked certain amenities that I expected for the price. There was no kettle in the room. This made it difficult to make tea. The parking fee was quite high at CHF 28 per day. The room faced the street and I heard a lot of noise from passing cars at night.

The location is AMAZING!!! It is right on Platform 1 of Interlaken West station. A supermarket is just across the street for everyday needs.

The reception staff could be more attentive.

I liked that there were options for restaurants nearby. A supermarket was right across the street, and the train station stood directly behind the hotel. They gave us two bottled waters. The included breakfast was also very convenient and good. The staff was friendly, and the hotel provided a free travel pass.

The AC in my room was not working efficiently. It would only let me set it to a few degrees below the current temperature. This made it difficult to cool down the room quickly on a warm day.
